Hi,
I am in need of some British Pounds.
Any one looking exchange to CAD, pls let me know. I just want to avoid the markup price of Banks / Brokers.
I will pay exchange rate better than TD.

What you are saying here just beats me. From what I understand, you will be paying as much or more for the exchange to POUNDS. Do tell me why?
Alternately go to any bank and do the swap. No one is dealing in millions here to give you a favourable rate.

You are lucky, today the Sterling dipped very badly and should be in your favour.
Pound = 1.5560 Can. and it is still heading down ward bound towards 1.50
My loss would be at least 75 CAD if bought it from the bank (for 1k).

How much less? That depends upon the card and the card holder agreement that they provide you with. Call and find out. OR carry Us Currency if they accept.
