This is an extension of an original joke depicting how US views world as either allies or communists. It was made to show the narrow mindedness and ignorance of Americans. The extended image loses most of its humour.

I do not find the Indian part funny at all. I believe, an average Indian has a better view than an American of the world countries, their cultures and beliefs. Most of Indians know that South American also has Argentina in addition to Brazil.
