Once you become PR and land in Canada, when you apply for Canadian citizenship they only do a background check of your stay in Canada i.e. police record, financial credit or bankruptcy records, CRA transactions (taxes & benefits) etc.
They wouldn't go to your old country records and start looking again at that. And in any matter if you had provided correct and legimate record during your immigration to Canada, you should not worry about it ......
