hi friends i just landed few days back from india my flight was from bom to frankfurt and frankfurt to toronto,i was travelling with one infant and one child
the food the service and the help was all not up to the mark, frankfurt airport was one confusing airport with the just one washroom on the lower level the other one was at repair making things worse, there was no help whatsoever
so my personal advice would be emirates or jet but not lufthansa especially if you are travelling with kids as they also dont have any inflight entertainment.

Like what sort of entertainment you looking for. I am thinking of suggesting for opening a casino in some flights. It should be at the end with a bar. In few flights they can have dance bar also, Mumbai dance bar bala can be accomodated. Americans would like pole dance so they can have it in flights going to USA. They should make the flight time more interesting, some sort of vacation time and it should be must on longhaul flights.
Keeping sitting on eco class seats ( cattle class - as per Taroor), watching movies is boring.

I think the person has posted his feedback and I for one would surely ocnsider and think twice before travelling Lufthansa .....

I have also experienced the service levels to be different in different Airlines .... would not wish to travel BA .... Emirates / Ethihaad have been god an dso have been KLM and Austrian Airlines and Air India also ( in terms of attendant service as that makes a loft of difrerence ) .....

Inflight entertaiment also makes a difference ... some flights ( duno if this is carrier related ) have independent video screens for all passengers and then some do not and you are restricted to the common overhead screens which are much fewer in number .

Leave the cattle class to us commoners ....
