How easy will it be to find a job in Industrial Automation Specially in "Calgary" / ALBERTA region?

It all depends on many factors, the job market is not great right now in AB as it was a few years ago but still it is picking up a bit (highly depdens on Oil/ Gas).
Your best bet would be to start looking online/ news paper/ networking/ companies web site (working in your field). Fort McMurry can also be a potential place with your set of skills.
I suggest it will help if you join new comers immigration services to improve soft skills, last but not least if you consider applying for your professional engineering membership (P.Eng) to APEGGA as engineering is a regulated profession here in Canada.
