Hello Everyone,
I have B.Comm from India (12+3 years), after B.Comm I completed 1st year of Bachelor of Law from India (15+1 year), and then I studied Post Graduate Certification in Marketing Management – Financial Services from Canadian college. (16+1 year)
My question is how many points I will get for my studies if I put up my immigration file for Canada?
All suggestions will be appreciated and I thank you in advance for your time and co-operation.
I don't have all the info to assess properly but it looks like 20 for education.

I would like to ask 1 more question based on your reply. As you had mentioned, you don't have all the info. to assess properly, so can you tell me in detail what further information you need from me, so i can furnish you.
I will appreciate your help.
How much time per week did you spend studying at an institution after your first degree?

Hello Massoodji,
I was studying Bachelor of Law (completed only 1st year) - full time after my 1st Degree (Bachelor of Commerce) and even in canada when i was studying Marketing Management - Financial Services (post-graduate certification - 1 year program), it was full time i.e. 18 hrs/week during 1st semester, 2 semester was my co-op and 17hrs/week during last semester.
And is my co-op experience (volunter) can be considered as work experience for my immigration?
Thank you and looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Hello Massoodji,
I understand that might be you are very buzy and couldn't reply me, but i will appreciate if you do so.
Thank you for your time and co-operation.
you will be assessed at 20 pts for education.
If your co-op was part of your studies, i.e. essential part of degree/diploma completion, it cannot be counted as work experience.
If it was apprenticeship that you completed after your studies were complete, then it would count as work experience.
