hi everyone,


we are new to canada and we r thinking to rent a house in mississauga area and at present we r living in a hotel but we dont no anyone over here.we have a problem and evrybody is asking for a credit history but for new immigrants how can they get CH.
so if anybody plz give us any advice about this and iwould like to know if anybody has gone through this kind of situation let me know.

I understood your requirement but the point is if owner is desi s/he may trust you and CH is not at all required. And those links point to desi owners .

You can definitely get basements. Not many owners check credit history. Also renting apartment/house directly from individual owner (not a company) is a possibility.

If you are trying to rent apartment, most companies will ask you sign one year agreement and also they will check your credit history. Some companies will accept a guarantor, so if you know someone who can serve as your guarantor, you can try that way.
