My parents are planning to apply for multiple entry visit visa from India.
Please share your experience how long your parents / relatives got ?

Their passport valid for next 7 years and they visited Canada last year also.

Hello JRF,

Since they came last year and went back within the stipulated period, they should not have any problem in having the visitor's visa.

Only part I ask you to be careful about is that in the invitation letter mention specifically about the fact that they shall carry the necessary medical insurance to Canada.

So when you apply they will send the passport back and tell you to
a. Either go for medicals or B. ask for the Travel Insurance policy.

My parents came and went twice, both times they asked for them to do medicals, and the 3rd time they said just send the medical insurance policy.

Entire process was over in 15 days ( 7 days for initial application to be sent asking for insurance , 2 days to get policy and then another 5 to apply and and receive the passport back)
