The Goa Inquisition was the office of the Inquisition acting in the Indian state of Goa and the rest of the Portuguese empire in Asia. It was established in 1560, briefly suppressed from 1774–1778, and finally abolished in 1812.[1] The Goan Inquisition is considered a blot on the history of Christianity in India both by Christians and Non-Christians alike.

If we can read the original Mahabharat by Ved Vysas, we will find that the issue of Draudpadi wedded to all Pandavas was discussed threadbare, even during these times and not accepted as such. However, atleast they had the courage to discuss and do things differently in their society and not scandalous ways as practiced in the so called civil society nowadays.
