OCI frequent travelling question - URGENT

I know that visitor/tourist visa holder cannot re-enter India within two months of his last visit to India.

Is this restriction applies to a person holding OCI?

Nope, that is exemption to OCI holders. The restriction that you are talking is for residents of few countries I believe.
