Hi,

Could somebody guide me on this :

I have applied for my parents sponsorship recently after getting the approval from CPC,Mississauga.

I have been told that further processing in India might take 3 years in view of long waiting periods.

What is the next line of action for m now in terms of income generation ?

Will I have to maintain the same income category which was known at the time of case filing ? What are the effects of variation in income of the sponsor during the processing period ?

I am not aware of these intricacies. hence the query for our experts to answer ?

Please help and bail me out.

CIC/CHC have the right to ask you for your latest income situation anythime during the processing. But, legally, your income is calculated when you sponsor. Your income can fluctuate.
