Need help on a few question . Talking to my HR on my package for Canada and need a few comparison

1) work moving from chicago to markham
2) will live within 15 miles of markham where there is a good elementary private school for my 8 yr old son and 4 yr old daughter


need help in the following questions

1)My Chicago salary is appx 150k . What should my rough equivalent salary be in toronto.
2) How much will be the appx rental cost for a decent 3 bedroom townhouse or a house. Want to live within 15 miles of my work place. Preferable some indian population nearby but is not essential requirement
3) Does anyone know of a website which compares the taxes between canada and US . I am sure i will negotiate a cost of living for the increased taxes
4) My daughter is 4 yrs Will she still go into a preschool
