PLEASE TELL ME IF I APPLY FOR PR OF SAKS THEN HOW MUCH I HAVE TO INVEST AND IF IN ONTARIO THEN HOW MUCH ?????? WHAT ARE CHANCES OF OTHR FAMILY MEMBERS.

You cannot buy Canadian citizenship/PR. It is not something like going to a grocery store and buying a box of cookies. If someone gave you that kind of impression, then either that person(immigration consultant) is trying to cheat you or you are grossly misinformed
That said, there is a PR visa designed for people who are willing to invest in Canada. I am not sure about the details, but Canadian government will check your background and require you and your family members to go through health tests before you will be granted a PR in that category
Canada Citizenship is a privilege, its not a right unless you are born here.

Yes it is privilege to have Canadian citizenship. I'm willing to invest in canada and want to settle there. But I don't know the exact thing how much money is required for investment and in which province it is good to invest. Including work climate and community.

To enter into Ontario as an investor you actually need 8 times your 45 lacs = 4 Crores (actually little more !) . We would love to see you (actually your 8 lac dollars) here.
