I will be completing 2 yrs work experience in Canada. But I was in India for 3 weeks on paid vacation. Do I need to stay here for additional 3 calendar weeks?

What is the exact minimum elgibility? Some saying 2 calendar years plus any vacation out of country and some are saying no need and we need 1098 hrs per year minimum work. Any pointers will be of great help. Thanks.

For CIC, to consider you for the eligibility under Canadian Experience Clause you need to work/show at least 37.5 paid hours per week for a period of two years. ( If you have a paid vacation that is fine). Mainly it all depends on the officer who handles your file. Some takes it easy as long as you show T4/Tax Return that matches your annual salary as per the terms. Some are picky and number crunching.
