I wonder if anyone knows about this insurance coverage known as "personal workplace safety & insurance".

I am switching from a permanent job to independent consultant and I am advised by the contractor to have a proof with me that I am covered or I will need to proof that I am independent operator.

can anyone recommend any insurance or company I can signed up for and how much it costs per month. I am living in mississauga, ontario.
