Well first thing to clarify your doubts , its not a fake company . I worked with this company as freelancer in India. Its an IT company.
As the faith between us grows , company offered me a work permit.
There is no agent/middle man involved .

I hope it clarifies the doubt.

Gr8 thanks to "adamthorat" who clarifies a new comm-er doubts.

Any more advice , Welcome.

The feel free to come here.

My only other advice is that initially try to come alone ,without the wife and kid if possible...settle down a bit and get a hang of the country , and after that call your wife and kid..say after 3-4 months. Get used to the people , system , culture , weather, transport etc and then call your family.

Things are much more flexible when you are alone and you can move around quickly, lot harder to do with a wife and small kid in tow.

You can also initially stay as a paying guest ..or a boarder for $ 400 to $ 500 a month in lot of family homes or rental homes , if you come alone ..not possible with wife and kids.

After that you can go for an apartment . Take an apartment close to your workplace so that you save time on travelling , as winter can be brutal for a new comer and you don't want to be driving in that.

Otherwise its a great salary , you will get around 60,000 after tax so around 5,000 per month ..and just on 2,000 per month you can have a very good lifestyle in Mississauaga ..food , rent , transport included :) ..so savings of about 3,000 a month or around 1.8 lakh/month ..which is almost twice your take home salary right now in India :)

Not sure what your current expenses in India are ? are you renting or owning a place in India ? You probably already have a good life in India if your take home is 1 lakh per month ( net )..so maybe you are making 1.5 lakh per month ( gross ) in India right now , which is also pretty good as long as you are not living in an expensive city like Mumbai ..ha ha.

Remember one thing unlike India you won' have a servant , maid , driver , Ramu Kaka , kam wali bai , gangubai , cook , sweeper or Bhangi at your disposal over here ..ha ha ha.

So you will be cooking and cleaning yourself with a vacuum cleaner and washing machine :)

Thanks again adamthorat,

one more info require :-

As per my plan I will call my parents to Canada on tourist visa, where they can stay at max 6 months with me .
During that time , there medical insurance will borne by me . What is the cost of medical coverage is there as well as what all it covers ?

As well as in previous replies you mentioned , buying a used car cost around 3-5k .
What is the monthly cost of economy car rental+ insurance

Including rental car what could be the cost of living for my family . Close to 3k ?

I believe now there is a super visa or something for parents , which is valid for 10 years and they can stay here for 2 years continuous at any given time.

Medical insurance varies depending upon the plan you choose , age of your parent's and any existing or pre existing conditions or current health of your parents.

Try to get medical insurance from a reputed company over here as opposed to India ..shop around online or on phone and get different quotes from different Insurance companies both Indian or Canadian ..try different permutations and combinations.

In general pre existing conditions are not covered , otherwise emergency medical costs are covered and depending on the company , reputation and your plan , almost 100 % costs are reimbursed.

You can finance an economy car ( brand new ) for about 250/month ..used car financing will be much less :)

Insurance depends if you go for just third party liability insurance or comprehensive insurance for your car . Just third party liability insurance for a new comer can be as cheap as 200/month..comprehensive can be much more.

Initially don't bother with a car , getting a full license and all is a tedious and long and expensive process over here , with lot of people failing the initial tests ..as they are very strict about safety and driving over here , unlike India :)

Basically, Super Visa is intended for the parents/grandparents of permanent residents of Canada.

Yeah that's true ..I forgot the OP is coming on a work permit ..I thought he was coming here as a PR or something like that , like maybe in the skilled category as a landed immigrant.

Yup ..so I don't think his parent's will get more than 6 month's visa.

Better if his parent's come from April to Sep for 6 months ( Spring , Summer ) as opposed to October to March ( Fall , Winter )

Generally parent's and grandparent's don't like the cold weather and can't handle it , and find it too gloomy & depressing , so better to bring them in spring , summer.

Also people tend to get sick in fall , winter ..usually flu season is in full swing at that time :(

Are you kidding, $250/month, wake up man, don't day dream & misguide people. &
$200 for insurance - depends on your driving license, insurance history, tickets (which you can very easily get - cops are advised by the municipalities to issue more tickets to cover their budget shortfall), type of car, make of car, family members with driving license (no of drivers), distance to work/ commute, etc, etc.

Old car will have maintenance issues, & new car will have its own cost - you will have a bill either ways..

I suggest "The lifestyle you have for Rs 1lakh a month income, will be compromised if you get the $$ income you mentioned".

Thanks Dhaikin .

Im maintaining a good car in India. With very good life style + savings + other company perks .

I have the doubt with this sal can I maintain the same ?

As I wont get a car initially due to rules/regulation , A typical situation , if some of my family member got sick , am I going to use public transport .. or if heavy snowfall happen and public transport is not close by , do I/my family first go to bus stop and go for grocery shopping , sounds horrible.

It means If I dont have car Im in trouble situation, if I rent a car it is 600$ monthly expense .
