Maybe the OP should tell us the name of the company who is making this offer , so we can research it for him.
If its a a miidleman , agency , broker etc etc that he is going through , most likely its a scam ..even if its IT it could be a scam.
Lot of fake companies and scam artists who are doing that in India . Easy to setup a fake company and fake website , fake phone number's etc. They have a whole operation going on , with accomplices over here too , who help them with that .
I know lot of people , who live in Mississauga . if the OP lets us know the company's name...I can even ask them to physically go there & verify all this

We live here and we know lot of scams that take place over here .
Lot of innocent people & families like you have been duped before.
if its an agent or middleman or agency you are going through , its almost guaranteed to be a scam.
Do you have your PR , your work permit etc etc ..if not , it looks like an immigration scam to me, with the job offer as a carrot to attract you & lure you.
How much is the agent charging you ?
Go into full detail with him..check references , cross check everything , don't be afraid to ask detailed questions to him . Contact the Canadian embassy in India , cops everything to make sure its all legit.
Make sure the agent or the company knows you are doing all this . Do a thorough research on it and don't fork over any cash unless you are completely satisfied.
No commissions , fees etc will be or should be paid , unless everything is in hand and is legitimate and not a fraud .
If it looks and feels like a scam, it sure is a scam my dear friend.
Is the OP trying to relocate from India ? ..or some other country like US , Gulf etc ?

Spam or not - you have to decide. I don't like to jump on conclusion based on gut feeling.
But a luxury lifestyle will require a lot more money than 90k gross income.
Net of tax its very different..

Well first thing to clarify your doubts , its not a fake company . I worked with this company as freelancer in India. Its an IT company.
As the faith between us grows , company offered me a work permit.
There is no agent/middle man involved .
I hope it clarifies the doubt.

As per my plan I will call my parents to Canada on tourist visa, where they can stay at max 6 months with me .
During that time , there medical insurance will borne by me . What is the cost of medical coverage is there as well as what all it covers ?
As well as in previous replies "adamthorat" mentioned , buying a used car cost around 3-5k .
