Dear Full House
Happy new year!
I have 2 years of work experience, but that category is banned for PR. My work permit is valid until August 2015. I am looking for a new job. My query is what if I find a PR compliant job, which may or may not be a permanent one, then what are my chances in obtaining a years experience which is mandatory for PR.
Will I be Be able to apply for extension on my work permit?
Or my other option maybe to apply for a study permit for masters. Will my study permit be strictly for the period of my study or would I get enough time to look for a job.
Please give me some solution towards being eligible for PR.
Would appreciate your earliest response.
Best regards

The best part is.. YOU are HERE.... Inside Canada. You have TWO good years Experience. You have a WORK PERMIT TILL AUGUST 2015. You have a JOb, arranged or otherwise. It only takes a FEW months to get your PR status. May be just three or Four. After that who cares. You are a PR and you are here with us, continuing your stay for GOOD.
Hang in there. Carry on smartly. Think about the alternate plans (Plan B) only if it calls for. In your case, I don't see the need for one.
Good Luck. Now go and celebrate, the next one is on.....!!
