I have received a interview letter from CHC. My wife who is sponsoring me is also in india and unfortunately her PR card is also expired due to some family and health problem she could not go back to complete her residency obligation period i.e. 730 days. Since both of us are in india and it is mandatory for both of us to be present for interview. Any help will be appreciated what kind of Question will be asked. I need only help for question no other suggestion if known.
Just normal questions will be asked like :
1. Do you like Canada?
2. Why did you go back to India for a long time (proof).
3. Proof that you will stay in Canada for time to come.
4. Proof of having stayed in Canada (like job, lease, job search etc...).
5. Your marriage (proof that it happened, wedding certificate, proof of having stayed together)
Have all paper proofs and print outs to show them. Affidavits will have a greater validity.
Write to CHC and tell then that you canot attened interview at this time and state reason with proof. Tell them of your preferred date (Dec 2015). By this time, get a temporary travel permit and come back to our great country.

I am a Gents and not a Ladies.
Most important thing ( probably only thing ) ... is your wife needs to prove and convince that " Canada is still going to be your home". The Canadian High Commission will say to your wife that she didn't make Canada as her home. Her stay was limited and didn't comply with the rules. Why she/you needs PR ?? ... probably not ... that is what their point going to be ...
So TWO things you need to do prepare.
1. Do good home work and be creative to justify the reasons for your wife not staying in Canada
2. Have your points to convince that you will make Canada as your home with explanation.
Good luck.
Also I would like to add that be confident, prove your love for Canada etc..
I know one remarried couple who applied and got rejected 2 times. Third time they got it. So just because you failed one time, does not mean that it is the end of it. You can appeal again.
Good luck once more.

thanks
I was already PR card holder due to family reason I also could not stay their and applied PR for all my family members. I have 4 children 2 of them are married with kids and are citizen, 2 unmarried and all are well settled in Canada. We are 57 years old couple. That is why I want to still what time of question will asked.
Again not very clear.
Who was the principal applicant? If you, how long were you in Canada? But it looks like it was your ladies.
Are your 4 children in Canada now? What is their status of PR. You might also want to ccheck if they can get citizenship without the principal applicant being a PR / staying in Canada.
Please give a detailed synopis (one liners with time line)
