I have seen the Syrian refugees getting off the plane – in Toronto and in Montreal in the news clips. Their physical fitness (or I will say obesity), cloths and overall appearance surprised by. They were better than any average hard working class Canadian. On the other hand I still remember the middle class Indians commuting in the Delhi Metro – with visible stress and pressure on their faces. If I compare, it seems like by appearance, the European refugee are better off than the average hard working Indian middle class. It is just my observation.

Are'nt all refugees God Fearing good people ? Lets not be afraid of them then !

In grand scheme of things, 25k people added to workforce should 'nt hurt Canadian economy. Some of these families will bring more dollars and business ideas to country than a normal immigrant. The strain on economy will be felt , if at all , for few initial years only.

Not to forget the goodwill which Canada earns in the bargain.
