The reason known to everyone: Kejri doesn't like to take constitutional ways and always does something that is right from beginning un-constitutional. Delhi is still not a full state. He can demand full state-hood and fight till his death, that is perfectly alright and no one should have any issue with it. However, prior to that, anything that is not within powers of Delhi Government will be shot down by anyone - just being an AAPTard, one can attack BJP Government, but think about this Scenario. The investigation went on, they found 601 and pages of proofs against Shiela. They go to court. The first thing congress would do is to challenge the authenticity of the investigation and as per constitution it is invalid. No court can support what Kejri did. So whatever efforts done, and money wasted are gone, and the prosecution is delayed. (BTW, AAP shouldn't mind wasting such money as long as it brings Kejri into main stream news, but people do).

Second question is why the investigation committee was needed when there are already all the proofs to execute Sheila are with Mr. Honest? Judges should take it as 100% true and genuine. Joke Apart, Kejriwal, as a common citizen, can have an FIR and submit whatever he as to the concern department. If he is really serious on that, and he really has those documents, he should do that.

The news posted are from last year, 10 months have been passed. So two takes on this 1. An extremely shrewd Kejriwal should have created a big issue out of this to create a political mileage as apparently he can say the BJP blocked it, an attempt Delhite did, but Kejriwal didn't. 2. Why he is inactive on the issue? Why he is not perusing any other legal and non-confrontational route to put those involve in the corruption behind the bar? He can go and hug her in the Jail later on, but an honest attempt must be there by a genuine person. A true agitator with real inventions never stops by obstacles.

A good sign is that his confrontations with LB and Central Governments are diminishing now a days. May be he is out of ideas. May be he is tired. May be he has learn how to run a government. I hope it is the later.

With all indications, I strongly believe AAP and Congress will be partners in the upcoming 2019 General Elections. Kejriwal will not mind being a Minister in the Government led by Rahul and having co-ministers such as Shiela, Lalu (or his sons), Mayavati and others.

There is no one on par with the amount of theatrics and drama that Mr Khujli does in political circle. He has the audacity to say that bureaucrats should resign if they don't want to follow the authoritarian diktat of his impotent government but he contemplates the clipping of the mischief of the bureaucrats that Modi government had done to reduce red tape calling it as a one man show. But looking the progress of the present government I would like to say one thing on the issue of corruption to Mr Khujli - be rest assured all those who are corrupt will be booked. Don't worry.
