Zindabad , an angry citizen is a good sign of democracy though I hope you are talking about Governance in Delhi not Ekta Kapoors Serial. You seems to me is not well read about AAp govt.

Let me help you, since you do not read much , I 'll suggest to do following :

Please try to find out answers to following questions , proof is always in pudding :
1. Out of 5200 agreed CCTV camera;s how many are already installed ?
Hint - Delhi police confirmed a number on Dec 16.

2. In 2015 , despite distributing 20k litres free water to each household, what was 'earning' of DJB ( Delhi Jal Board) ?
Hint - its more than 150 Crores , Can you please find out exact amount for me ?
( Remember Shiela Dixit and BJP leader shri shri V Gupta ji mocked in the beginning that giving away 20k litres will bankrupt DJB) . The earnings will increase in 2016 since piped water supply ( instead of water tanks) are being installed, thus less wastage.

3. The management quota and compulsory donations in school admissions is abolished since when ?
Hint - I do not know the answere but who cares its gone now. This impacts every parent remember.

4. Govt launched an APP to pay utilities ( water bill) . Also are you aware of swacch Delhi App? ( no not swachch bharat, that one is pending :-))

5. Other than odd even drive , which 2 politically charged coal burning thermal plants were closed by Delhi Govt, despite huge lobbying and money pumping ?

6. Is this true that LED street lighting is mandatory now in Delhi ? More lit less power consumption ! . True or false?

7. How many types of affidavits are abolished by Delhi Govt. in 2015 and replaced with simple self attestation as requirements? ( Hope you know it more permits/certificate means more corruption and control/harassment by babus)
hint - more than 199 affidavits. Thats lot of sarkari work.

8, How many schools in Delhi were asked to refund school fees due to over charging ?
Hint - more than 399.

These very few examples, other than many major ones you keep hearing in news.

9. How many new teaching jobs will be created in 2016 ?
Hint - The count is between 8000 to 10000. what is the exact count ?

10. Delhi roads will be vaccum cleaned. ( wow ! ) , can you tell me the start date of this process ?

Please find these answers, it will help in anger management . I have them all but I want you to start some real reading or else reciprocate with Modi's factual achievements.

How do you know that there is no mis-chief in the original estimate. Intentionally it could be hyped to show this.

BTW, there are number of projects Gujarat Government completed on time and under-budget. Not just Modi government but under previous governments as well. There could be other such instances across the country as well.

How do you know that there was a mischief in the original estimate?

Actually the savings were due to a design change and instead of siphoning off that saved money (similar to renting laptops @ Rs 15000 per day), Delhi Govt decided to waive user charges at all govt hospitals besides providing additional budget for medicines and diagnostic tests.

Next year?s Delhi Municipal elections (as well as Punjab state elections) will be a good indicator of the ground reality.
