Now, the onus is on the AAP/Kejriwal to convince the Election Commission as to why the 21 MLAs shouldn't be disqualified.

It's far from over. In my opinion, AAP needs an excellent Legal Counsel to advise them on these matters and their day to day going ons. Being new on the block, and surrounded by the foes at the Centre, it doesn't harm to appoint a very effective Legal Advisor.

By doing stupidity on MLA matter Mr.Arvind Kejriwal is challenging the President who cancelled the bill... It's really shameful...strangely few people is supporting him... Who put finger on President of the country will good for nothing irrespective of what type of degree he hold....

By law Delhi government can appoint one PS. So they did so as per law.
But you didn't amended the law before appointed 21 ..now cry for your on wrong doings but blaming entire system & Modi..
Whom do you want to serve ? To the people of Delhi or CM want to make his own MLA happy with power and post.
Can't they work with a second post ..Janta ke sevak AAP changing to be greedy. ?

Govt. Run by the laws and not by the morality. First follow the laws then talk about the morality. If somebody did mistake before doesn't means that u get the rights to do same. they were wrong that's why people choose you. If something not according to the law accept it and concentrate on work. Ur time is precious. Isn't it?

BJP and Modi ji has taken democracy to lowest level in India. Any state where there is non BJP govt will suffer in coming times. That is the message coming from Delhi. Punjab and Goa please prepare yourself. The appointment of parliament secretaries , may not be directly compliant to law and is not a crime at the same time, rather was an example of innovative governance and quality checks, it only benefits with the quicker service to people and implementation of agenda as well as builds honest and efficient leaders for future. BJP was looking for point to score in absence of any corruption by AAP, so found one. Good job in crippling the working of state.

Is price of dal and rice coming down when these 21 AAP PS will step down? Any bhakt interested in this important question concerning common people of shining India? ?
