Is there a place to rent Skating gears for kids for 2-3 months?

Yes, most skating rinks rent them out for the duration of the course or per day.

Do They Rent Helmet Pads Etc Too

I have seen helmets, ,but I am not sure. Please check with the rink store directly. Also, helmets and pads can be used for at least 3 years before kids outgrow them. So it wont be a bad idea to buy them.
