However if there was a tentative option I would pick that meaning, might have to cancel last min...

Very nice initiative ...I really like to join but due to high season i cant make it ..

Hi ,

Looking at the response from L&P and RBO , wondering if more people would be able to join in if the picnic is on Sunday the 14th of Aug ... Please advise so if you would be able to join in if on the 14th..

Requesting OP to put 13/14 in the title so that who have already seen this as for the 13th may review and show their interest.

Judging from the interest, final date can be reached. the more the merrier !!!

If there is anyone who is available on 14th instead of 13th - please post here so we can gauge the interest and adjust the date if needed.
