The weather forecast for SATURDAY the 13th is provided to you all under this, in the link.

https://www.yr.no/place/Canada/Ontario/Mississauga/hour_by_hour_detailed.html

The Prediction is that it will rain 11.+ mms of rain, the bulk portion of it from 14:00 to 17:00, which is from 2 P.M. to 5 P.M. currently and I still do not have the areas the forecast covers. Currently the radar says it will be NORTH of 401. !!

So to the organizers, please make a note and organize for sufficient cover for the 50 persons. AND if per chance the other groups that also have a location booked, cancel out their venue, we might end up with a lot more space also. Who knows!!

Take care. See you there.

FH.

Can we also keep options for voluntary donation? So guys like us who are not participating on other stuff has options to do something for picnic.

After reading messages I feel bad attending picnic without contributing time.

You guys working very hard, it's not easy arrange gathering and contributing ur valuable time... Hats of to u guys...

BPF ,

Your presence would be the biggest donation and contribution to the event.

You will be coming from far and that itself is a very big contribution.

However if you insist , kindly get a thermos or 2 of chai if convenient.

Folks - I am really in a fix.

It is going to pour 5-10 mm for sure and that is going to mar the event.

However I do not want to loose people if we postpone it for the 14th.

Catch 22 ..... Last minute shout but should we try and book some kind of a community hall some where .... I checked @ Franklin Horner Etobicoke but they are unavailable .......... Can people who have used something in the past , check out and advise of availabilty and price .... Even @ $100/- or so extra , the event would be success if we can beat /escape the rains .

FH ~ You are an expert on this ..We all have cars and can reach any area in the GTA ( Mississauga , Brampton, Toronto, Scarborough , Markham )

Any condo building residents also -- kindly check if the hall is available ...

What do you say folks - should we change the venue OR keep it as is ....

This is going to be a memorable event for sure.
