Dear Full House ,

You mentioned "criminal rehabilitation". Does misrepresentation fall under "criminal rehabilitation" ?

Can I apply along with my wife for a visit visa (citing daughter's graduation ceremony) in general application ?

Let me go a little slower here to explain what it is that you can do to get an e-visa for a visit. Does it mean that you have to travel right now? NO. So, prepare for what ever the process is and submit a request after preparing well. Pay the Visa Fees and obtain their approval and an e-Visa. That way you are ahead of time and you can always say you had change of plans and request for a second issue of the same when you are ready for a break and want to visit your daughter, i.e., any time prior to her graduation.

Then you have over come the hurdle of "Criminal Rehabilitation" process and you were given a clean bill of health to start all over again.

BUT, hang in there for FULL FIVE YEARS, before you apply to enter as PR. YES you will be old and may not want to migrate then, so continue there till your daughter can sponsor you both as PR. That comes later.

NOW to the Process of Rehabilitation. You might be a member of a group, say, Professional people there in UAE. or A Social Group, Or a Group of Business People or say a Sports Club etc., OR ALL OF THEM, and if you are, then, speak with the HEAD of that group, tell him all of the circumstances that entered the picture in your submission to Canadian Immigration as PR and ADMIT that wrong INFORMATION got entered into the Application to enter into Canada as PR and you REGRET doing it. Sign it and get it Notarized.

Carry the same to these heads and tell them you regret such a submission and it will not happen ever again and from here on a very changed person and an UPSTANDING citizen and remain so for life. We the undersigned have noted the change and request you also to consider him as a TOTALLY REHABILITATED Individual. If there is seal of office, or in their Official Letterhead and get a few copies and a few also notarized and keep them. If possible with a picture of the two you together and get his signature on the picture also.

Signed sealed and delivered.

Also call up the CIC (IRCC) and find out you are in the process and if it is sufficient for the Rehab issue that they are seeking. If they also say "YES", then you have it "Straight from the HORSES' Mouth".

Hi

I would like to ask your help.

My wife is looking to visit my daughter in Toronto as she misses her a lot.
Since I cannot go due to the ban, can my wife travel for a month to accompany my daughter ?
would there be any issues with the visa ?
and if so would you kindly advise a way out of this ?
