Dear Rajrani,
CHC Delhi is only processing 2000-01 cases. The IA for 2002 has not started yet. Forget about 2003 cases. So a long wait. It is good you do not think about Canadian immigration so much times.

PTM,
Man I must say the way you are feeling before going to Canada is the way I too am feeling. While I am earning 9 lakhs per annum with comparably low post. Many of my friends have gone in 12-14 lakhs bracket with also high post.
Actually I got 3-4 times chance to visit US in my job. After visiting that country, I really thing we live in hell in India. US was such nice clean place . But truth is , when person starts staying their, The real issues come to forth. I used in stay for 3-6 months in US hotels that cost company 80 dollars per day. So all seems so good to me. Used to get to hired car on rent ( offcource on company’s expense) that I change every 15 days. It all seems so good. Any case many of friends who went in H1B visa in 2000 period are now very rich people. They are thinking of starting offshore company in India while I am still looking for some jobs in India.
Any case, Recently I have got HSMP visa ( point system immigration to UK). Also got job offer of 36 k pounds per annum in UK. What is more good about country abroad is that while in India a teacher get job of only 3-4 thousands rupees per month( beggar’s salary) While in uk one get the job for 15-20 k pounds per annum. At least I hope things should be fine on my end now.
Still I am interested in Canadian PR. Would like to avail this.

Isn't that a little weird?

abydad made the post with the job offer, and has since
not checked in even once?

Have any of the posters got a response from him?

No it is not weired at all Mr senior..
I did reply to one and all and to couple of tham more
than once in their PM as I can not offcialy put up an
hiring ad for some one else, I did it on one on one base
and my only intation in putting up this thread was to
inform some fellow desis and it was by no means a
fluke..
I hope that clears your doubts if any....!!!!!

No offence meant abydad. It's just that this being an
open message board, all sorts of whackos drop in.

It's nice to see someone helping out.

Incidentally, has anyone from here eventually managed to
get any of the jobs you mentioned? If so, who? Just
curious.

I will suggest people to visit these sites to get better understanding of which dates exact cases are moving in CHC Delhi.
Thorough official time lines of IA is now 42 months. But mostly the time line is not ownered. Simple add 6-8 months more.

Anyone wants to beat this tough timeliness. Try get HDFC approved job offer. Your case will move much faster.

oh thanks PTM for the typo correction.

I guess PTM you have done big mistake by coming back. The average life expendacy of person in canada is much high than in india. Croess check the UN report.
Who told u 40 age is too high. See Chandresh. He is going great in canada. Should have better get some study thier. I heard lot of govt sponsered loans etc are available. Should have taken that usage and should ahve settle to reasonable job. YOu are not the first and last to face settlement problems. Anycase in case u r enjoying delhi's sept summers with water & power problems, then it is fine .

Hi Infocan,

Thanks for those threads. Well, couldn't understand, one thread says that many ppl of 2002 got PR in 2004 while the other thread gives the info. that 2002 applications are still not processed. I also read there that there were some "lucky" applicants of 2002 who got through.

If this info. is true then, we 2004 applicants have a long way to go (2-3 years from now min).

I have just started a yahoogroup so that we can exchange our info. on mail easily. Anybody who wants can join in http://groups.yahoo.com/group/CHCDEL/
