Anup
So you mean to say you will have positive attitude and confidence after landing in Canada..... are you trying to say you do not have positive attitude and confience now?????

Correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks and regards.
Biomed

Hi Anupda,

If you have been driving in India bring a copy of your current insurnace policy and a letter from your insurance company detailing your driving history.

You will save tons of $s on your auto insurance here.

That's absolutely correct, it was one of the several other TIPS that I forgot to mention. Make sure to bring in your NO CLAIM CERTIFICATE.

Thanks your truly to remind me abt the same. Coz I am preparing a list of DOs & Don'ts. I shall put it on the article section, when I am finished.

:)

It depends where in GTA do you want to go. For eg. There is a TTC bus svc from all the terminals, that takes you straight to Kipling Subway stn. And in the same tkt, you can go to any of the subway stn in Toronto. That would be the cheapest. It also depends on what kind of luggage are you carrying. Are you with young kids etc. But in any case, I have seen lot of people using that svc even with infants and lot of luggage.

If you tell me your date of arrival, terminal # and the location add where you want to go, I can check proper timmings and reply.

tc

Hi,

I have been driving a car in India for more than 3 yrs. now but the problem is the car is in my dad's name & insurance naturally is in his name.

Hence insurance company is refusing to issue certificate. However I do have a 2 wheeler in my name for which they are willing to issue NO CLAIM certificate.

Is it okay?
