I have a friend who is eager to apply for Canadian Immigration. Currently the guy is scoring 65 points. However if the guy declares that I (having PR in Canada) am his mama's son, he scores additional 5 points on the adaptability factor and scores 70 points.
Regarding last name there is no confusion as his actual mama's last name and my last name are the same.
Is there any risk in this strategy? Does CIC verifies whether actually that I am his mama's son?
