DAY 1 Ø Eat only the basic fat burning soup and fruits.Ø Eat any fruit except bananas.Ø Watermelon is especially recommended for its low calories.Ø Drink only unsweetened tea, black coffee, unsweetened fruit juice and water.
DAY 2 Ø Eat the basic burning soup along with vegetables (Raw/Steamed) only until you are stuffed. Do no cook or season them with any oil or butter.Ø Eat only leafy vegetables and stay away from beans, peas and corn.Ø Eat a big baked potato with a little butte or olive oil if you like.Ø Do not eat fruits today.
DAY 3 Ø Eat the basic fat burning soup, fruits (except bananas) and vegetables you want.Ø No potato.Ø Eat a cup of bran and fibre to cleanse the system.
DAY 4 Ø Eat the basic fat burning soup as much as you want.Ø Eat as many as 3 bananas.Ø Drink two eight oozes glasses of water.Ø Drink non-fat milk.Ø Milk and bananas are taken to reduce craving for sweets.
DAY 5 Ø Eat the basic fat burning soup at least once.Ø Eat 6 fresh tomatoes.Ø Eat 10 – 20 ozs of lean chicken / fish / beef.Ø Drink 6 – 8 glasses of water to wash away uric acid.
DAY 6 Ø Eat the basic fat burning soup at least once.Ø Eat chicken/fish/beef and green leafy vegetables to your heart’s content.Ø No potato.
DAY 7 Ø Eat the basic fat burning soup at least once.Ø Eat vegetables and brown rice until you are stuffed.Ø Drink unsweetened fruit juice.
BASIC FAT BURNING SOUP
Ingredients:
6 large Onions 1 Bunch of Celery
1 Large Head Bell Cabbage 3 Large Tomatoes
2 Pieces of Chicken Breast (Skinless)
Method:
Ø Boil soup with the chicken breast.
Ø Cut vegetables in small to medium pieces and put into a large pot with the tomatoes and chicken soup.
Ø Cover with water and boil fast for 10 minutes.
Ø Simmer and continue cooking until the vegetables are tender.
Advice:
Ø Can be eaten anytime when you are hungry.
Ø Eat as much as you want throughout the day because eating this soup will help to burn calories.
Ø The more you eat the more weight you will lose.
EFFECTS
If Strictly Followed:
1) By the third day, your weight will be reduced by 5 – 7 pounds.
2) By the end of the 7th day, you have lost 10 – 15 pounds.
3) It will clean your system of impurities.
IMPORTANT REMINDER
Ø No alcohol
Ø No carbonated beverages, including diet coke.
Ø Drink only water, unsweetened tea, black coffee, unsweetened fruit juice and skimmed milk.
Ø No sweetener of any kind
Ø No fried food, bread or any products made with flour

Hey I know this diet. It's called cabbage soup diet. But I would like to know what would be the vegetarian alternative for chicken. I always wanted to try this diet.
