Hello,
I have applied my case in 2000 and i got file no in dec 2000. on May 11th i have completed my medicals and they asked for pcc from malaysia , as i am working in malaysia, but here getting ppc is taking too long, it takes 3-4 months process.
so, in this first week, i wrote a letter to CHc to waive off or get the pccc by them selfs and submitted many proofs of my trail to get the pcc.
so, i want to know, whether CHC will consider my request to waive off the pcc and issues me the visa.
Many people said, CHC has considered this type of cases.
So, i need from you the clarificateion and please help me out
Srikanth
You did the right thing but ultimately CHC may just tell you that they'll wait for the PCC from Malaysia and that you should submit it when u get it.
In some cases, they accept such explanation and proceed without.

Dear Massood sir,
Really, i felt very happy on seeing your reply. I was issued medicals and interview waiver at a time and with these they asked the requirements and i submitted all except Malaysian PCC. And they told me to submit the requirements within 45 days. So, i tried for the pcc for a month and my immigration agent requested the CHC to extend the time till august 31st. So, before requesting for the extension of time , i received another letter requesting to send the passport and PCC of Malaysia as soon as possible. This letter i received after i send the requesting letter of extension of time.
I tried my level best to get the pcc, but i couldn't able to get the pcc, i was just got the reply form Malaysian Authorities that it is under progress.
As, i have already told you that based on all this, i submitted my passport and proof of my trails to get the pcc and wrote a letter requesting to waive the requireemnt of pcc.
So, my doubt is that as i got the another letter from CHC and will CHC considers my request for waive or not.
How can i know that CHC has waived the requirement, will they send any letter or directly issues me the visa.
Pls clarify my doubt sir,
Srikanth
Wait a while. If embassy takes too long [say more than 4 months or so], write to them. Your agent should be able to answer these questions.
