I applied for canada immigartion in spetember,2000 at New Delhi and got the file number in Oct'2000 thru an immigration firm. According to the new rules, I appeared and submiited English Language test results in Jan,2003. Again I was asked to submit a new application set and submitted the same again in Nov,2003. So far I have not received any infrmation from the immigration firm or CHC,New Delhi. Thru this site'charcha' I found that some of the immigrants got their PR those applied in the year 2001. I would like to know from the experts, why CHC is taking so much time in some of the cases like me.
