1.In ON, does one have to be emplyed (ie. show any income source) while sponsoring for spouse?

2.What if I move to QC after sponsoring from ON? Any legal impliaction?

i dont think one need to be employed if u r sponsoring a spose, for dependents yes.
I dont think u sud have any legal implications if u move to another place as long as you dont move out of country.
