Mr Chandresh do u know of any recruting place for local runs i mean same day back home kind of stuff
I personally do not know but such things would be easily available, I guess, on local free newspapers, or as I said, written onthe trucks, or even perhaps those school bus companies which are forever ready to hire you as a driver and give full paid training.

Going by some of the employment oppotunities listed, the salaries are indeed very good , varying anywhere beteen 40cents to 85 cents per mile...depending on the type of routes etc....i saw quite a few were offering signin bonuses ....weekends at home , guess the assignments require keeping away on weekdays...some even offer 4-6 weeks paid family vacations.
But a profession like this can take its toll on family life, maybe you can try contacting these companies and see if they have any local routes for same day return , it might just work out for you.
The positive side is that there is a shortage for truck drivers and i had heard that they easily make over 80 - 100 k if full time employed.
But the negatives are plenty too , like need for keeping the record clean at all times , impact on family life etc .
See what works for you , maybe you might just find something to suit your needs.
Good luck.
