I have a family and work as an SAP Consultant (Functional) with SAP outside Canada. I plan to move to Canada and buy a house there.Can someone advise me - for a person of my profile (SAP Consultancy) whould it be better to reside (keep my family) in TORONTO/GTA or keep them in CALGARY. I understand that there may be times that I need to work on offshore projects which may require travelling / postings for many months at clients site.Moreover there are not many permanent jpobs in SAP in Canada and I would expect mostly contract jobs instead-which may be available in any provice/city.So, overall - what would be the ideal place in Totalty ( from familys point of view and SAP job prospects for me) if give a choice between the two places.

I shall appreciate if some SAP Consultants living in Canada can guide me ...

GTA is always better
Most of the SAP consultancy companies are also based in GTA

It means that Calgary would not be a nice place for working in SAP....

I won't say Calgury is bad for a SAP guy ..but I won't advice you settle down there ..because most of the jobs are related to IS - Oil and contractual in nature
