I firmly believe that man and woman are very different. They think differently, they act differently.
Taking your theory of jaundieced eyes , it would be a folly to judge a men from a woman's eyes.
According to long-standing research, the priorities of men and women are different. That is the root cause of most of misunderstandings.
The number 1 priority (also read it as weakness) for a woman is security whereas for a man it is sex. The man is polygamous by nature and women a monogamous. Each gender exploits other gender's weaknesses. Based on this fact, one can explain away many of the observed behaviours.

According to that women are not naturally monogamous. Man and women are equally predisposed to polygamy however so far men have had more opportunity due to higher economic power. What 20/20 says could be true....In Africa There have been known to be matriarchal societies with theWoman as head with many husbands.
Will have to dig this up as I am sure We studied about it in history books in India.

Sure, men and women are different......we are the FAIRER SEX.......extremely fair and just and loving and giving! We have been blessed with the power to procreate as we are superior.
And so what if we are different.......can't men and women walk side by side? Should men use this lame excuse to throw his weight around?
It takes a real man to not live by his ego and to acknowledge the 'stree shakti'......congrats to Chandreshji and wish all father's were like his father.....would have made the world a better place.

BTW......what made u turn the topic around to feminism? My post was mainly to do with how the Indian MCP sheds his pseudo machoisms and walks together with his better half to made a new home in Canada. Was it GUILT?

The debate has drifted but i would like to add one thing, which again is my personal opinion, dont start throwing utensils around,After moving to west i have found that the feminist sector changes her way of thinking and adopts the westernised beahviour faster then compared to what Men have been doing.
