Marrying and Moving to USA

Hi Guys,

Most of you might remember me.
I have decided to move to USA with my boyfriend who is a greencard holder, will become a citizen in next year Aug-Sep.
Till then I intend to live there with him , will keep visiting Canada every now and then.

My question is:

1. If I go there on a tourist visa, which is multiple entry visa , will the US government create any issues. ?

2. We are going to get married but NOT legally, only religiously in gurudwara? The US government is NOT gonna deport me , if I have leagl 10 yrs multiple entry visa. RIGHT!!

Please help.
