1. We are a family of four who first visited as landed immigrant to Canada in August 2002. Consequently we have to be here in Canada within 3 years which is by August 2005.
2. I am here in Canada for the last 4 months and my wife and two kids are in Dubai whom I intend to bring them in July 2005.
3.We are expecting our 3rd child in Jan 2005, and as we do not want to get into the immigration problem we have decided to have the baby delivered here.
4. Now the problem is if she delivers here can she take the baby back to Dubai and bring here in July 2005. Someone told me that there is a problem and the birth certificate itself takes more than 6 months.
5. Under the circumstances what is the best thing to do, deliver in Dubai or deliver here.

Less hassle to have baby in Canada.
If baby born outside Canada, you'll have to sponsor baby. Takes 3-6 months.
