I tried searching for word "liquor" and "permit" on government's website, but no luck
On Gujarat's portal, there is a whole long list of legislation, but nothing about liquor. Also, none of the legislation has further details
I tried googling gujarat liquor permit, but no luck either. Everybody seems to asking same question on different boards, but no answer

I am getting a common answer that, they are not giving this permit any more to PR/Green card holders. You got to have a foregin passport.
Hey, by the way, I would be in Bhuj/Gandhidham in October.
