Dear ashish30, I tried so many job sites but workoplois.com was the one from where I got response mainly. One thing that I read on all the discussion forums and the job sites is the importance ofCandian Style Resume. But I never understood what that meant. So I did not Canadianize my Resume.
Another important tip is that query Letter along with an application is as important as your resume. That, in my opinion, is the first impression about your techincal and communication skills.
I always wrote the letters with the sentences and the words that came from my heart (because that is what i can convey best even if that means not being truly professional) and then edited with my mind (so that I don't sound completely non-professional).
As a rule of thumb remember that there is no rule of thumb in job search.
