Where can i apply for one in scarborough or GTA

You do not have to apply but you have to buy. To make it valid, you need to have a Valid Student ID, that you will get from Sherbourne Station on East West Line.
ID is valid for one year, each month you have to buy the pass and when you board a bus or enter a station you need to show your pass and ID.
Are u in school?
TTC student pass is only for school going students, isn't it? I don't think TTC offers any concession to college/univ students.
