Thank you for yoru strong Efforts in the Group , One of my friend , Stamp Visa in Jan 2005 & there Medical Expiring in July 2005 ( 1 Year ) . On 28th Apr 2005 they Got New Baby ,,,, What they Suppose to do now ??? Since this New baby is not included in Visa & they Can not Leave the baby too

Please Advice what they have to do ??

Any Group Memeber can Share Experiance ??

If they have landed before they have to sponser the baby , assuming none of them is a canadian citizen,

If they have not landed before , I guess they have a big problem, You are not allowed to land if your family composition changes,
and if you lie you cannot sponsor the baby,

Only way is to infor the CIC and if they approve you can include the baby , ( you need to be lucky)

Well I Got my Caips Last month & Found Remarks from Immigration Officer that He is Satisfy with my Interview & Request for Security Check & Medicals after 5 Month of Interview & Sending lot of Paper Proof About my Job in Saudi Arabia

Last Week I recive A Form From CHC London About Requested for Summary of last 10 years Address & Work Locations . Did you fill such request ??

Still did not Recive any Medical ... But strange thing is My Caips Showing IMM1107 Request date 30 July 2004 ... It is same time when My file transfer from Syria to London ...

So , How is CANADA ?? & did your family found set there I mean Job or business ...as I remmber you was applied as Busniess Cat & your Son was studying there so how is setup there ...

Yes You are right I am try to be patient since there is no way else but now we have good chance in Saudi Arabia Also Since KSA announce for Migration for those who lived here for 10 years & still I am here almost 8 years so this Delay is not bad for me I have good job here
