Hi!
could smb tell me if my husband and I, being both the permanent residents and I'm being pregnant, could sponsor my husband's mother?
Do the immigration officers consider my pregnance and the up-coming new dependant? Can they delay the application processing untill I give birth and then consider a new number of dependents? Or they go ahead?
Do you advise to wait with application untill I give birth?
thanks a lot waiting for your reply,
almira
I don't see any reason why you can't apply now. Your pregnancy should not have any bearing on your application for sponsoring your mother-in-law. Why should it?

I think same. It doen't make any impact on your application. If you wait till birth, you have to show additional 4,000 $ income.
