Hi! I would like to share this information with all community members,recently I come to know about HRDC organized Skill Link program for trade professional .In my company we just hired a Romanian lady(for marketing position) through this program.

This progam is for youth 18-30 looking for job in his/her field of study, must be a PR or have valid work permit and maximum age limit is 30years as this program is for youths. The job developer will help in finding job in his/her field and HRDC will pay the 50% salary to the employer for first six months & after six months if employer like your performance you can be hired on full time basis.

I don't know the website link for this program but you will defenitely get more information by serching HRDC site. this is the address for the organization who contacted us & when I was talking to the job developer about this program,he told me this program was started in 2003 & mose of the time they have more job opening than the candidates qualify for this program.
