Hi All,

I want to know that the PEO's Ethics Exam mentions that they do ask questions related to the CONTRACT ACt also. This Cntract act is not availble on the PEO's web site.

I have also searched the website of E-laws and CANLII.ca. I could not foud the contract act like that of India. Only the closest that I found is SOCIAL CONTRACT ACT of Ontario. It maily deals with the social responsiblitis, employers and the state's welfare programmes.

I want to know the exact name of the CONTRACT ACT as is required from the PEO's professional ethics exam point of view. Also from where can i download a copy of this CONTRACT ACT.

Also, If someone has recently appeared in the Ehics Exam he is requested to post the Questionpaper on this site.

Although, this topic mainly concerend with the engineers, but I feel that lawyers are the best people to answer it.

If anyone knows of a person having dual skill of Engineer and Lawyer, pls give me his contact. Also the prospects of Engineer with a law degree.
