dear sir
i m really confused about the different replies for my plb
and i came to know about u ,so u are my last hope so plz give me guidance
the plb is that i have got my immigrations visas and landing papers for toronto and i was supposed to be there in canada 2 months ago , but the plb is my father he is a senior citizen above 75years.....for whom i want vistors visas so that he can come there in canada stay there for 3 months go back to india and then come back again on the multiple visa..........
but the plb is that ......due to his senior age .....and secondly ....he has a new passport....and he has never travelled anywhere out of india before.....
there are chances that his vistors visa may be rejected........due to the above mention plbs
VERY IMPORTANT IS THAT I CANNOT LEAVE HIM BACK IN INDIA ALL ALONE ON HIS FATE AND THERE IS NO ONE /I MEAN NO RELATIVE WHO CAN LOOK AFTER HIM FOR A YEAR TILL I GET CAPABLE TO SPONSER HIM AND ACCORDING TO MY KNOWLEDGE IT TAKE NEARLY A YEAR TIME TO SPONSOR OUR PARENTS....AND TO LEAVE HIM BEHIND WITH SERVANTS AT THIS FRAGILE Age is really very disturbing

At present it takes 4.5 years to sponsor parents. Take your decision considering this fact.

If no body is there to look your father in India, Do not Migrate to Canada or go to Canada for one month, take PR card and go back to India to look your father. You can stay upto a max of 3 years outside of canada in a 5 year period.

thanks for that suggesstion but i fgorgot to say that i have 2 kids who are school going kids and i have taken the leaving certificate from there school and more over they dont want to stay in india any more
so the idea of getting pr card and going back to india is impossible....i have to work and stay in canada .....this is my only destinations now but ????

Sorry to say this, but apparently your biggest plb is you yourself!
Second, what exactly are you asking here? I don't see any question in your post. You have created your "plb" yourself.
Now, what "help" do you want?
Did your father turn 75 years and "fragile" overnight? What were you not aware of until now?
You knew your father was old and would obviously get older, but still you went on and applied for immigration.
You knew that your father is "fragile" and at his age it is always downhill. Still you applied for immigration.
You know that there is no one back home to take care of him in your absence. Still you applied for immigration.
Now first YOU tell me why you applied for immigration despite the above??

You have taken school leaving certificates of your kids. So what? Kids who have taken that certificate cannot be re-admitted anywhere?

Some people here are very cynical, if they are not in position to help then they should not anyone here.
This forum is to help someone who needs genuine guidance. It is not for the persons who sounds like bad mom-in-laws in india who get pleasure in taunting their daughter in laws. And dio u sounds like them more or less .
And if u cant solve the problem then please dont send ur replies here, you are not wanted here. Many times in one's life, one has to take a decision which is very painful. Simply asking a person to shed the idea of immigration itself sounds rude. Why a persons wants to immigrate....? the reason is best known to him. None has right to have any objection regarding this.
If there is no genuine help then please stop taunting someome who is in dilemna, and do not add to his confusions anything worthless.
