Anyone Landing in Missiasuaga in mid aug 2005.
As myself n my husband are landing Missaugua in mid aug 2005 from Kuwait

That's ideal time to land in canada. Temp will be moderate and you can witness beautiful exotic colours of leaves in autumn. It would also give you 3 1/2 months to settle in the country before the atrocious winter knocks on the door. All the best !!

Hi,

We r planning to move in december 2005, can't help it, we have to face the winter for the first landing. Is it reaaalllllly bad, or we can survive it.

Depends on which part of Canada you land. BC has milder winters, I believe.

Moving to toronto in december, second option is march 2006. i have two kids ages 13 and 6. what kind of warm clothes should i be prepared for??

If the question is Dec. or March, then I would suggest March.
Anyway, job opportunities wise winter and x'mas holidays are worst.
But at the same time, sooner you land the earlier you start to learn this culture.
