Well, I paid 275USD*3 for me & my family to the Indian High Commission-Toronto. I applied in December 2004 - they said that I would get my Dual by April 2005. This is almost 1 year and there is no communication.
I do not understand the rationale behind stopping those guys who have already submitted their forms, for processing - for the silly reason that the Form has been simplified.
