OCI card and going India

It tooks me 3 months to get OCI card.

I called here at toronto indian consulate they said you keep your India passport to avoid any problem at Airport as we do not know about airport. This is too much.

You do not need a visa if you have a PIO or OCI card.

But what if a person has to travel to US on TN visa, on Canadian Passport. Shall he carry is Indian Passport to US. Are Indian and Canadian passports allowed to US.And can one apply for PIO/OCI/Visa from USA.

Yes, you can do that. I applied to OCI (and got it) while on TN.
